Full Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email info@liveshopmargo.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding final sale items). 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. Please be conscious of makeup and deodorant when trying on items. Live Shop Margo reserves the right to deny any return.

We are not responsible for postage fees for returns and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note, we only do exchanges for the same item. If you are unhappy with the item you received and want something else entirely, this falls under returns.
